Mykolai Shcherbina general director of pharmacies of the ANC.
For the past two years, Mykolai served as director for strategy and development of the management company EVA and Varus. Prior to that, he devoted eight years to work in senior positions in Privatbank at first the head of the Department of Strategic Management, and from 2015 to 2018-the marketing director of the bank.
Mykolai sees the priority tasks in the position of the introduction of a regular management system at all levels, the development of an innovation culture and the digital transformation of the company. In October 2020, the ANC pharmacy network is the largest pharmacy network in Ukraine.
