Description of Nifulin MOF 1000 g:
Nifulin MOF is a complex drug with a wide spectrum of bactericidal and bacteriostatic action.
Powder from light yellow to yellow-brown, odorless.
Ingredients:
1 g of the drug contains active ingredients (mg):
metronidazole – 110;
oxytetracycline hydrochloride – 25;
furazolidone – 65.
Auxiliary substances – up to 1 g.
Pharmacological Properties of Nifulin MOF 1000 g:
Metronidazole belongs to the 5-nitroimidazole group. The mechanism of its action is the biochemical reduction of the 5-nitro group of metronidazole by intracellular transport proteins of anaerobic bacteria and protozoa. The reduced 5-nitro group of metronidazole interacts with the DNA of a microbial cell, inhibiting the synthesis of its nucleic acids, and leads to the death of the microorganism. Effective against protozoa (Trichomonas vaginalis, Gardnerella vaginalis, Giardia intestinalis, Entamoeba histolytica), obligate anaerobic bacteria (Bacteroidesfragilis, Bacteroides distasonis, Bacteroides ovatus, Bacteroides vulgatus), some Gram-positive bacteria (Eubacterum spp., Clostridium spp., Peptococcus spp., Peptostreptococcus spp.).
Oxytetracycline hydrochloride is a bacteriostatic antibiotic, the mechanism of action of which is to disrupt protein synthesis during its interaction with ribosomes, as well as to reduce the permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of sensitive microorganisms. The drug has a wide spectrum of action against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms: Streptococcus spp., Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp., Brucella spp., Haemophilus spp., E. coli, Pasteurella spp., Klebsiella spp., Erysipelothrix spp., Fusobacterium spp. . , Salmonella spp., as well as protozoa (Protozoa), mycoplasmas (Mycoplasma spp.), rickettsia (Rickettsia spp.) and chlamydia (Chlamydia).
Furazolidone is a synthetic antibacterial and antiprotozoal agent, a derivative of nitrofuran. It blocks the enzymatic system of sensitive bacteria. Furazolidone is active against Giardia, Vibriocholerae, Trichomonas, Coccidia, as well as E. Coli, Enterobacter spp., Campylobacter spp., Salmonella spp.
