In the summer, many do not want to sit still, because this is the perfect time for a walk in parks or in nature, a sea vacation, a picnic, volleyball games on the city beach. However, many forget that a long stay in the sun can lead to a thermal shock – a failure of heat transfer, which is caused by an overheating of the body.
It can cause not only a long stay under direct sunlight. The thermal blow can be obtained in the bath, when working with high temperatures, at the factory, or staying in a closed stuffy room.
Due to overheating of the body, the nervous system suffers. The body cannot maintain stable thermoregulation. If you suddenly feel dizzy, nauseous, rapid breathing and a sharp headache – immediately go into the shade (or leave the stuffy room) and call 911. Symptoms of heat stroke are also cold sweats, dilation of the pupils, nosebleeds, severe weakness, tachycardia or a weak pulse.

2) Pour water, wrap with a damp towel or make compresses if possible. Water should not be very cold so as not to provoke a larger temperature difference;
3) If a person has lost consciousness, attach cold compresses on the forehead and temples. Bring the cotton wool moistened in ammonia to the nose. Gently pat on the cheeks so that a person comes to his senses;
4) Provide abundant drink. Stir cool water is best suited;
5) Make repeated wiping, dousing with water and compresses;
Recommendation (advice): Be sure to wear hats and drink a lot of liquids. Do not be under the influence of ultraviolet radiation for a long time. Take care of yourself in this hot season.
